The charter rate starts at $650 per hour, with a 3-hour minimum.
Day cruises are available for up to 9 hours and sunset cruises for up to 5 hours, starting at $1,950. Personalized itinerary pricing varies.

Charter Details & Flexibility
Absolutely. We offer tailored itineraries, event setups, and onboard options to fit your vision — from romantic cruises to birthday parties and corporate events.
Our availability is based on a calendar. We recommend booking a few days in advance to secure your preferred date.

We will run charters in light rain and moderate weather conditions. If a severe weather forces us to cancel, you can reschedule for a future date.

We cruise around the Intracoastal, visit sandbars and islands, and anchor for snorkeling and swimming. You can also enjoy views of luxury mansions and celebrities’ homes.

Yes. The yacht is equipped with two available restrooms for guests.
Comfortable, casual attire such as shorts, t-shirts, and caps is common. For evening sunset cruises, some guests opt for smart or cocktail attire. Please remove footwear when boarding.
Yes, if you’d like to swim, bring a towel or rent one for $7. Don’t forget your swimsuit and camera! Masks ($15) and fins ($10) are also available to rent. Or why not “splash” out on our inflatable lily pad ($20).

We provide complimentary water, ice, and soft drinks. You may bring your own food or upgrade to one of our catering packages with gourmet menus and beverage service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
At Devonia Yacht, we strive to provide the highest level of service and ensure that your experience on our luxury private day charter vessel is unforgettable. Please review the following cancellation and rescheduling policy to help us serve you best in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
- Emergency Cancellations (24-Hour Notice). In the case of an emergency, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If a cancellation is necessary due to an emergency, we will do our best to accommodate alternative dates or provide a partial refund depending on the situation. Please contact us directly for assistance.
- Weather Conditions. We want to ensure your safety and comfort while aboard Devonia Yacht. In the event of adverse weather conditions (such as storms, high winds, or unsafe conditions), we reserve the right to reschedule the charter for a later date. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
- Cancellation by Charterer - More Than 14 Days Prior. If you need to cancel your booking, you may do so more than 14 days prior to the charter start date for a full refund of the Charter Fee.
- Cancellation by Charterer - 14 Days or Less. A $250 cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations made within 7-14 days of the scheduled charter.
- Cancellation by Charterer - 7 Days or Less. A $500 cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations made within 2 – 7 days of the scheduled charter. For cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled charter, the entire charter fee is non-refundable and forfeited.
- Special Circumstances (Guests Flying Out the Next Day). If you are unable to reschedule due to travel constraints, such as flying out the following day, please contact us as soon as possible. We will consider providing a partial refund on a case-by-case basis, depending on availability and specific circumstances. We encourage you to reach out to us directly to discuss options.
- No-Show Policy. Failure to arrive for your scheduled charter or cancellation on the day of the event will result in a forfeiture of the entire Charter Fee.

Do you provide gratuity?
Crew gratuity is not included in the charter rate. A 20% gratuity is customary and is paid separately.
Is there a minimum booking time?
Yes. All charters have a three-hour minimum. Day Cruises can run for up to nine hours, while Sunset Cruises can run for up to five hours.
What should we bring?
Bring comfortable clothing, sunscreen, and a swimsuit and towel if you plan to swim. Footwear is removed when boarding, so keep it simple and comfortable.
